AURUM Industrial Service completed the organization of a winter delivery of oversized equipment and components to an industrial site in Magadan Oblast.
The route combined rail transport to a regional hub, transshipment, and road haulage over the winter road, taking into account weight and dimension limits as well as the seasonal road opening schedule. For oversized items, a securing and escort plan was developed, permits were obtained, and passage through key sections was timed.
Single accountability for logistics enabled the client to receive the equipment within the agreed delivery window — without transshipment delays and with the cargo ready for on-site installation.
